Power Peptides is powered by four peptide technologies at the clinically proven, potent percentages that work together to firm the skin and give its bounce back.

Matrixyl 3000 & synthe’6

Tego Pep 4-17

The formula includes 3% Matrixyl 3000 (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 coupled with Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7), one of the most proven & well-known peptide duos to reduce wrinkles for younger-looking skin. According to the manufacturer's data, 3% Matrixyl 3000 used twice a day for 2 months can significantly reduce wrinkle depth and density, while improving roughness, elasticity & skin tone, with a lifting effect as a bonus.

The serum also contains 2% Matrixyl synthe’6 (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38) - the next generation of the Matrixyl technology that can boost the production of 6 major components of the skin matrix (Collagen I, III, IV, Fibronectin, Hyaluronic Acid and Laminin 5), resulting in more even skin & fewer wrinkles particularly on the forehead & eye area (crow's feet).

A lesser known, but super high-performing peptide selected for our formula is TEGO® PEP 4-17 (Tetrapeptide-21), an extracellular matrix boosting peptide with superior collagen, hyaluronic & fibronectin boosting activity. While TEGO® PEP 4-17 is clinically proven to work starting at 0.5%, we use the powerful shot of 4% in Power Peptides (used also in the 60 person in-vivo test of the manufacturer) to increase skin elasticity & skin smoothness.

The fourth peptide technology we included is an encapsulated copper peptide (Copper Palmitoyl Heptapeptide-14) trade named X50 Antiaging. Its unique feature is the high-tech delivery system: the copper peptide is encapsulated in a biocompatible polymer shell and outside this shell sits another peptide (Heptapeptide-15 Palmitate). This targeting peptide has a strong affinity to the fibroblast receptors and guides the copper peptide to the right place in the skin which is the collagen producing fibroblast cell. Due to the advanced delivery system, X50 Antiaging is effective at the tiniest levels with the clinically proven and recommended amount being 0.001%, the amount we use in this serum.

Who is it for?

If you would like to add a powerhouse peptide serum to your smart-aging regimen, Power Peptides will be your ultimate go-to serum. We especially recommend it, if you like to indulge your skin with gorgeous, milky textured serums.

Ingredients & Research

key ingredients:

Matrixyl 3000 (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 + Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7): One of the most proven & well-known duos to reduce wrinkles, achieving younger-looking skin. It can significantly reduce wrinkle density and depth, while improving roughness, elasticity & skin tone. It also has a visible lifting effect.

Matrixyl synthe’6 (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38): A peptide that can boost the production of 6 major components of the skin matrix (Collagen I, III, IV, Fibronectin, Hyaluronic Acid and Laminin 5), resulting in more even skin & fewer wrinkles particularly on the forehead & eye area (crow's feet).

TEGO® PEP 4-17 (Tetrapeptide-21): It is an extracellular matrix boosting peptide with superior collagen, hyaluronic and fibronectin boosting activity. It can increase skin elasticity & skin smoothness, while it also accelerates wound healing, indicating improved cellular turnover & skin regeneration activities.

X50 Antiaging (Copper Palmitoyl Heptapeptide-14): An encapsulated copper peptide with a high-tech delivery system - the copper peptide is encapsulated in a biocompatible polymer shell and outside this shell sits another peptide (Heptapeptide-15 Palmitate) with a strong affinity to the fibroblast receptors, guiding the copper peptide to the collagen producing fibroblast cell, promoting the gene expression of both collagen and elastin, resulting in wrinkle reduction and increased elasticity.

Best combo with A game

Very nice product

I have purchased it 2 weeks ago and use it twice a day, also around my eyes. It leaves my skin moist and supple and calms it down red spots.
What I like the most is that I can use it with my prescription tretinoin because the copper peptides are encapsulated. This is usually not the case with copper peptides.
Also the mix of well researched peptides is unique so far, I have been using a different product with Matryxil 3000 but now switched to G&G.
And I like that there is no hyaloronic acid in the products unless they specifically say it.
Clearly obvious that the company has been founded by a scientist, not a marketer. Love their products.

Finally a peptide serum that has it all

I love love love Power peptides - the formula has great peptides in it & the texture is simply a dream! Can't get enough, I use it in the morning and evening as well, goes great with everything, easy to use. 5 stars from me.

not fungal acne safe

I was really excited to use this product because I love geek and gorgeous and I use a lot of their products in my skincare routine. This does not appear to be fungal acne safe, I started using this and I have had a noticeable FA breakout where I have been putting this product (cheeks, chin, fore head). I would not have bought it if I knew it wasn't fungal acne safe, but it says safe for all skin types. I do avoid the G&G products that say not fungal acne safe. I will keep using the other products I love from them (jelly joker, hydration station, apad, and cheer up). These are staples in my routine and I love them but unfortunately I will not buy this peptide serum again.

Power Peptides is indeed NOT FA safe. :( Above the 'add to cart button', we have the product property tags (e.g pregnancy-safe, vegan etc.) and if malassezia safe is not there, it means the product is not FA safe. We are happy to read you love our FA safe products, and sorry for not making clear enough this paticular G&G serum is not FA safe.
